Together we have extensive experience in record labels, distribution, performance, production, and everything in-between.
Our main focus is helping to demystify the art of crowdfunding creative projects and audience engagement.

Jim Logrando
Jim Logrando is a founder of Craft Services. Prior to launching the agency, Jim held senior roles in strategic marketing and brand development at Redeye Worldwide / Yep Roc Records, as well as being a leading member of the Kickstarter Music team and working directly with creators.
By night he’s a songwriter, blackjack player, t-shirt collector, and baseball enthusiast.
Steve Soboslai
Steve Soboslai is a founder of Craft Services. In addition to the agency, Steve is a longtime member of the alt-rock band Punchline, who got their start on label Fueled By Ramen.
Over the years, Punchline has toured nationally (& sometimes internationally) with bands like Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Less Than Jake, Bayside, Bowling For Soup, Gin Blossoms, The Spill Canvas, and Reel Big Fish. Punchline’s "So Nice To Meet You” EP reached #1 on the iTunes Rock charts.
Mike Hollins
Mike Hollins is the project Fulfillment Director at Craft Services, bringing more than a decade’s worth of logistical experience from operating the independent record label TDR Records.
Mike is a fan of the Chicago Bears and would most likely destroy you in a game of trivia about TV masterpiece “The Office.”
Chris Fafalios
Chris Fafalios is part of the project marketing team at Craft Services and is a seasoned veteran of social media marketing, management, and audio/video production.
Chris also hosts an incredibly popular podcast called “One Hit Thunder” and (like Steve) is a longtime member of the alt-rock band Punchline.
